Our baker is amazing! I was not convinced of using fondant, at all. Everytime that I have had it on a cake, it has been awful. Well, our baker is an instructor at a local culinary school and gets the chance to try more fondant than the average baker...and well, she won. It is amazing and tastes like pulled sugar candy. We decided on a three tier ivory cake with eggplant quilting (varied on the top and bottom tiers), and line dots on the middle tier. We are also having lavender and ivory roses (12 of them). Every tier is also a different flavor. The bottome tier is a scharffenberger chocolate chunk cake with chocolate and homeade raspberry filling (this was amazing filling!), middle tier is chocolate chiffon with fudge and raspberry filling, the top tier and extra cake is tahitian vanilla bean caked with vanilla creme and raspberry filling. Our consultation was so great and the baker was very professional. I can't wait to see and taste our cake! Above is an example of a cake in their bakery.

We chose California Sea Bass w/ scallops, some type of beef, mixed veggies, whipped potatoes, 2 super yummy salads, and a brie dish. Appetizers are crab cakes, a cheese spread, and turkey meatballs. We also added extra desserts, chocolate dipped strawberries and chocolate eclairs.
